Production Associate

Job Summary:Subros Ltd. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join its Manufacturing / Plant Operations team. The role involves supporting production activities, operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining workplace safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in daily production activities as per the production plan
• Operate and handle machinery under supervision
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies strictly
• Report any machine faults or production issues to supervisors
• Support team members to achieve production targets
• Required Skills:Basic technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Good physical stamina and fitness
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and safety awareness

• Eligibility Criteria:
• Diploma / ITI / High School (as per role requirement)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
