Project Manager

​We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead, oversee, and successfully execute our interior design projects from concept to handover. As a Project Manager, you will be the central bridge between clients, design teams, site supervisors, and vendors. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality residential and commercial turnkey projects on time, within budget, and to the complete satisfaction of our clients.

​Key Roles & Responsibilities

​1. Client Management & Communication

​Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication and regular progress updates.

​Expectation Management: Understand client requirements, address their concerns promptly, and manage feedback effectively to maintain high client satisfaction.

​Presentations & Approvals: Coordinate with the design team to present layouts, material samples, and timelines to clients and secure formal approvals.

​2. Site & Execution Management

​On-Site Oversight: Supervise site operations and guide Site Supervisors to ensure work progresses efficiently and safely.

​Drawing & Quality Compliance: Ensure that execution perfectly matches the approved AutoCAD drawings, 3D renders, and technical specifications with zero compromise on finish and quality.

​3. Vendor & Contractor Management

​Sourcing & Onboarding: Arrange, negotiate with, and onboard reliable vendors and skilled sub-contractors (carpenters, MEP, painters, civil workers, etc.).

​Coordination: Allocate tasks, manage vendor schedules, and resolve any conflicts or bottlenecks on-site.

​Bill Verification: Verify vendor bills and measurements against actual work done on-site before recommending payments.

​4. Core Project Management & Operations

​Timeline & Scheduling: Develop detailed project schedules (Gantt charts/milestones) and strictly track daily/weekly progress to ensure on-time project completion.

​Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, manage material procurement efficiently, and prevent cost overruns.

​Material Coordination: Plan and track the procurement and delivery of materials to avoid any site downtime.

​Reporting: Maintain project documentation, track variations/change orders, and provide weekly progress reports to the top management.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

​Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager specifically in the Interior Design or Fit-Out industry (handling turnkey projects is a major plus).

​Technical Skills: Ability to proficiently read and interpret interior working drawings, floor plans, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities). Basic knowledge of Project Management tools or MS Excel.

​Soft Skills: Leadership, sharp negotiation skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong verbal/written communication.

​Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
