Purchase Executive

About the RoleWishluck is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing products, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely procurement at the best possible market prices.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and coordinate with vendors to source products at the best market rates.
• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and deliveries.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
• Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end purchase process.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Vendor Management.
• Freshers with excellent communication and negotiation skills may also apply.
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendor calls and follow-ups.
