Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Qlik Sense Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on expertise to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep Qlik Sense technical proficiency with database design, API development, and enterprise deployment capabilities to deliver scalable BI platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience as Business Intelligence Developer (preferred 2 yrs in Qliksense) Developer
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Must-Have Technical Skills

   Qlik Sense Core Expertise

• Advanced Qlik Sense development including dashboarding, data modeling, and ad-hoc reporting
• Proficiency in NPrinting report automation and pixel-perfect reporting
• Expert-level data transformation, QVD optimization, and Set Analysis
• Full lifecycle experience: application designing, architecting, development, and deployment
• Front-end mastery with responsive design and visualization best practices (KPI objects, custom themes)

   Database & Data Engineering

• Working level of SQL proficiency across RDBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Database design experience (normalization, star schemas, data warehousing)
• QVD lifecycle management (incremental loads, binary loads, optimized storage)
• Data connection management (ODBC, REST, SAP connectors)

   Enterprise Administration & APIs

• Qlik Management Console (QMC) administration across single/multi-node environments
• API development using Qlik Sense Engine API, QRS API for automation and extensions
• User management, licensing/token configuration, data lineage security
• Data connections, security rules, monitoring, and troubleshooting

  Communication & Documentation

• Excellent verbal/written communication to translate technical insights for business stakeholders
• Ability to document complex requirements into executable technical specifications
• Experience presenting dashboards and insights to C-level executives

  Good-to-Have Skills

• Full project lifecycle ownership (requirements → deployment → maintenance)
• Mashup development using Qlik Sense capabilities API
• Quality assurance/testing frameworks for BI deliverables
• Experience with Qlik Sense SaaS and hybrid cloud deployments
• CI/CD pipeline integration for Qlik Sense applications
• Python/R integration for advanced analytics within Qlik
• Power BI/Tableau exposure (competitive landscape understanding)

 Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop enterprise-grade Qlik Sense applications with optimized data models
2. Create NPrinting reports and automated distribution workflows
3. Build custom APIs and extensions for seamless system integration
4. Architect multi-node Qlik Sense environments with high availability
5. Implement security rules, data governance, and user access controls
6. Performance optimization of QVDs, load scripts, and visualizations
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
8. Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer

Specialization Description

Responsible for performing general analytics and statistical modeling on existing data sets in various areas of the business (e.g., Market Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing/Advertising, Financial Services, Scientific Research, etc.). Activities include: defining data requirements, data collection, processing, cleaning, analysis, modeling and visualization. Examines and identifies data patterns and trends to help answer business questions and improve decision making. Provides inputs for complex Data Science and Big Data Mining projects. Identifies areas to increase efficiency and automation of data analysis processes.Specialization Match Note: This specialization serves as a generalist role.
