About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and well-established Real Estate Agent to join our team in Sector 126, Noida. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of solid experience in the real estate industry, with a strong track record of working on RERA-approved projects. This role requires someone who already has an established client base, deep market knowledge, and the professional credibility to represent the company with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable residential/commercial properties
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively building new ones
- Stay updated on local market rates, upcoming projects, and competitor activity in Noida and surrounding areas
- Conduct property site visits and presentations for prospective buyers/tenants
- Negotiate deals and close sales/leases in line with company targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and transactions
- Coordinate with builders, developers, and other agents/brokers as needed
- Ensure a smooth, transparent process for clients from inquiry to closing
Requirements
- Existing network of clients and demonstrated ability to generate/close deals
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a real estate agent
- Strong knowledge of the Noida real estate market (pricing, projects, locations)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Basic computer skills (CRM tools, WhatsApp, email, MS Office)
- A two-wheeler/four-wheeler for site visits is preferred
