Real Estate Consultant / Agent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for residential/commercial properties
• Conduct property site visits and presentations for potential buyers
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into sales
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth transaction processing
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of property laws and documentation processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
