Job Description

Job SummaryThe Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, achieving monthly sales targets, and managing client relationships in the real estate sector.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Generate leads through various channels (digital, references, field activity, etc.)
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular training and support
  • Handle high-value client interactions and negotiations
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management
  • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
  • Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of local real estate market
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Vehicle preferred/mandatory (if required for field work)
  • CompensationSalary:
  • ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience)
