Collection Associate

A Collection Associate is responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers, maintaining records, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a good customer relationship.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers via calls, emails, or messages to collect overdue payments
• Follow up on pending invoices and ensure timely collections
• Maintain records of all communication and payment updates
• Negotiate payment plans with customers if required
• Resolve customer billing issues and disputes
• Update collection status in CRM/software
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
• Prepare daily/weekly collection reports
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• QualificationsGraduate in any field (B.Com, BBA preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in collections, customer service, or finance
