Job Summary-
We are looking for an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing end-to-end project execution, leading sales and marketing teams, and ensuring operational excellence across all functions.
Key Responsibilities-
- Lead and oversee overall business operations, including sales, marketing, CRM, and project execution
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Drive sales performance, channel partner networks, and customer acquisition strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure effective CRM management and customer lifecycle tracking
- Oversee project planning, execution, and timely delivery in coordination with internal teams
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and profitability of projects
