About the RoleNext Gen Realty is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive property sales and build strong relationships with prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to residential and commercial properties.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
- 1–5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
- Strong local market knowledge of Noida, Gurgaon, and NCR regions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Performance ExpectationsAchievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- High lead-to-site visit and site visit-to-sale conversion rates.
- Excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Accurate CRM management and timely follow-ups.
