Job Description

We are a newly launched real estate brokerage and leasing firm in Noida, working as an authorised channel partner for premium residential launches by leading developers across Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway, and Delhi NCR. We're building a focused, founder-led sales team and looking for two experienced closers to come in as Day 1 hires with significant upside, autonomy, and ownership.


You will own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closure — for premium residential inventory. This is not a tele-calling or junior role; you'll handle HNI walk-ins, conduct project tours, structure deals, and bring in your own developer relationships where possible. You'll report directly to the founder.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales for residential projects of top developers (apartments, villas, plotted developments) across NCR
  • Generate leads through your own network, referrals, online portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com), social media campaigns, and developer-led activities
  • Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and detailed pitches covering layouts, pricing, payment plans, RERA, ROI, and possession timelines
  • Negotiate and close bookings independently; manage end-to-end documentation with developer sales teams
  • Build and maintain a pipeline in CRM; report weekly numbers on funnel, conversions, and revenue
  • Track new launches, pricing movements, and competitor activity across Noida / Greater Noida / Yamuna Expressway / Gurgaon micro-markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with developer CRM teams to secure best inventory and brokerage rates
  • Build a referral network of past clients, channel partners, and HNI investors


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven residential real estate sales experience (channel partner, broker firm, or developer in-house team)
  • Track record of at least 8–12 closures per year, or demonstrable revenue generation
  • Strong existing network in NCR — past clients, developer CRM contacts, or fellow brokers
  • Working knowledge of RERA, GST on property, home loan basics, and registration process
  • Fluent in Hindi and English; comfortable handling HNI clients
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Own two-wheeler / four-wheeler and valid driving licence

Nice to Have

  • Direct working relationships with developers like Godrej, M3M, ATS, Gaurs, Tata Housing, Lodha, Experion, Max, etc. (edit to match your tie-ups)
  • Past experience selling ticket sizes above ₹1 crore
  • Experience running paid lead campaigns (Meta / Google) for real estate
