Real Estate Team Leader
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Team Leader to lead a team of sales executives, drive property sales, and ensure achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and client management skills with experience in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
- Assign leads and monitor daily sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Train and mentor team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Generate new business opportunities and build client relationships.
- Handle client escalations and support deal closures.
- Coordinate site visits and property presentations.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
