Job Description

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and organized.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
  • Maintain the visitor register and employee attendance records.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assist the HR team with candidate management.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute courier, parcels, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office requirements.
  • Support HR and Administration in onboarding, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conference rooms, and office events.
  • Ensure proper record keeping and filing of documents.
  • Perform any other front office or administrative duties assigned by the management.
  • RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
  • 6months –2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.
  • Preferred SkillsPositive attitude and customer-service mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

SalaryAs per company standards (Based on experience and interview performance).

Working DaysMonday to Saturday

Office Timing 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
