Job Description
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Maintain the visitor register and employee attendance records.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist the HR team with candidate management.
- Receive, sort, and distribute courier, parcels, and official correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office requirements.
- Support HR and Administration in onboarding, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conference rooms, and office events.
- Ensure proper record keeping and filing of documents.
- Perform any other front office or administrative duties assigned by the management.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- 6months –2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.
- Preferred SkillsPositive attitude and customer-service mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
SalaryAs per company standards (Based on experience and interview performance).
Working DaysMonday to Saturday
Office Timing 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
