Job SummaryWe are looking for a professional and presentable Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area, welcome visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with sales, HR, and administration teams.
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professionalism.
- Support daily administrative and office management tasks.
- Handle inquiries and provide basic information about company projects and services.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
