Job Description
We are looking for a Recovery Telecaller to contact customers regarding overdue payments, remind them of pending dues, negotiate repayment schedules when applicable, and maintain accurate call records. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally. Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
