• Job ResponsibilitiesSource candidates for Picker, Packer, Loader & Store Associate positions.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Zepto and Swiggy store requirements.
• Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, WhatsApp, referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates according to client requirements.
• Contact candidates and explain the job role, salary, location, shift and benefits.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the client team.
• Maintain daily candidate sourcing and joining reports.
• Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding joining status and candidate deployment.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Ability to make a high volume of candidate calls.
• Comfortable working with recruitment portals such as Apna.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Previous experience in blue-collar / volume hiring / warehouse / delivery / retail recruitment will be an advantage.
