Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to oversee daily dining operations, lead the service team, and ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the restaurant service team during shifts.
  • Welcome guests and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Assign tables and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Monitor food and beverage service to maintain quality standards.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate servers and support staff.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and shift reports.
