Retail Merchandiser

Job Profile: Merchandiser (Garment Industry – Domestic)

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser for our garment division. The candidate should have strong experience in retail sales and domestic garment industry operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the garment/retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising, order coordination, and client handling.
• Experience in buyer coordination and follow-up (Domestic Market).
• Ability to manage sampling, production planning, and order execution.
• Good understanding of fabric, trims, costing, and garment quality standards.
• Experience in coordinating with vendors, factories, and production teams.
• Knowledge of domestic market trends and customer requirements.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple orders and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with domestic buyers and clients for order requirements.
• Manage the complete order cycle from sampling to final delivery.
• Follow up on production status and ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain quality standards as per buyer requirements.
• Handle merchandising documentation and reports.
• Work closely with vendors and production teams for smooth execution.

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in Retail Sales + Domestic Garment Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
