Sales Associate

Position Overview: The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring optimal floor availability, and supporting the overall store operations. All Sales Associates are expected to fulfill common responsibilities in customer service and floor availability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
2. Maintain product availability on the floor, ensuring that displays are well-stocked and orderly.
3. Ensure adherence to inventory hygiene, hard tagging of products, and sanitation standards within the store.
4. Provide customers with baskets for convenient item collection.
5. Manage customer queries related to cosmetic products, tasters of perfumes, and replenishment.
6. Handle billing responsibilities if necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Preferably a graduate with 6 months of retail experience or a fresher.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary Slab – 13000-16000/Monthly (Additional- Monthly Target-based & Performance-based Incentives)
