Job Description
- Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) – Sales Coordinator1. Sales Support & CoordinationAssist the sales team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain a structured follow-up system to ensure timely communication with potential investors.
- Coordinate with Field Sales Managers to track client progress and ensure closure of deals.
- 2. CRM & Data ManagementMaintain and update customer data, sales records, and progress reports in CRM tools.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for performance analysis.
- Ensure accurate documentation of client onboarding and KYC compliance.
- 3. Client Communication & Relationship ManagementHandle incoming queries from potential and existing clients regarding SIP and mutual funds.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales team for seamless investment processing.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- 4. Process Compliance & DocumentationAssist in verifying KYC documents and ensuring regulatory compliance for SIP & Mutual Fund investments.
- Coordinate with internal departments like operations and compliance for smooth fund allocation.
- Ensure all documentation related to investments is processed efficiently and accurately.
- 5. Target & Performance MonitoringTrack sales team targets and individual performance against defined KPIs.
- Provide necessary insights to improve sales conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
- Assist in planning and execution of sales campaigns.
- 6. Training & DevelopmentAssist in training new sales executives on sales processes, CRM usage, and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to educate the sales team.
- 7. Market & Competitor AnalysisCollect market intelligence and analyze competitor activities in SIP & Mutual Funds.
- Suggest improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
