Sales Coordinator(travel Agent)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Travel Coordinator to manage customer travel requirements, coordinate bookings, and ensure smooth travel experiences. We are travel consultants providing booking and travel management services to our prestigious individual clients as well as corporate organizations for both personal and official travel needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp 

• Coordinate travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport, tour packages) 

• Assist clients in planning itineraries as per their requirements and budget 

• Maintain and update booking records and customer databases 

• Follow up with clients for confirmations, payments, and feedback 

• Coordinate with vendors (hotels, transport providers, agents) 

• Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels 

• Prepare travel documents and ensure accuracy 

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Basic knowledge of travel industry (preferred) 

• Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations 

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
