Travel Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Female Travel Executive to manage end-to-end travel operations, sales, and customer interactions. The role requires a balance of operational efficiency and client handling, along with on-ground travel coordination when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle travel inquiries, lead conversion, and client coordination
• Manage complete travel arrangements (hotels, transport, itineraries, bookings)
• Execute and coordinate group tour operations
• Conduct sightseeing scouting and vendor coordination (local & outstation travel)
• Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships
• Perform lead generation, follow-ups, and nurturing
• Handle pre-sales and after-sales services
• Assist in itinerary planning and customization
• Ensure smooth execution of tours and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate booking and customer records
• RequirementsFemale candidates only

For Experienced Candidates:

• Minimum 1 year experience in any of the following:
• Travel Agency / Tour Operator
• Hospitality Industry
• Airline Industry
• Event Management

For Freshers:

• Must have a relevant degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality

Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication (Hindi & English fluency) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle both sales and operations
• Must be willing to travel (in-city and outstation) when required
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and itinerary planning
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools (preferred)
