Job Description

* Generate leads through networking, references, and market outreach.

* Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.

* Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.

* Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and channel partners.

* Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.

* Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance) for smooth transactions.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Provide excellent post-sales service to maintain client satisfaction.
