Job Description

We are looking for a smart, customer-friendly, and sales-oriented female candidate from the retail industry who can efficiently manage walk-in customers, maintain customer records on software, and drive repeat business through upselling and relationship management.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Handling-Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable services/products
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management
  • Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and repeat customers
  • Software & Data Management-Maintain customer database and billing details in software/POS system
  • Update customer preferences, history, and feedback
  • Ensure accurate order entry and status tracking
  • Coordinate with operations team for timely service updates
  • Upselling & Retention-Upsell premium services/products to existing customers
  • Inform customers about offers, memberships, and packages
  • Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business
  • Generate referrals from satisfied customers
