Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who can own the full sales cycle — from delivering compelling product demos to closing deals — while providing basic onboarding support to new customers and managing a small telecalling team to drive top-of-funnel activity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct live software/product demos for prospects and convert them into paying customers.
  • Own the sales pipeline: qualify leads, follow up, negotiate, and close.
  • Provide basic post-sale support and onboarding to ensure smooth customer activation.
  • Manage, coach, and monitor a telecalling team — set daily call targets, review performance, and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, and deals in the CRM.
  • Handle inbound and outbound queries, addressing product and pricing questions.
  • Report sales metrics, conversion rates, and team performance to management.

Requirements

  • 1.5–3 years in SaaS/software sales or inside sales (team-handling experience preferred).
  • Strong product demo and presentation skills; able to explain technical features in simple terms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a telecalling/inside-sales team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English + Hindi).
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and basic troubleshooting/support.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling CRM, telecalling, or B2B SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with Recruitment / EdTech / BFSI sales cycles.
