Customer Sales & Telecalling ExecutiveCompany:Shikhar Airconditioners

Job Role:We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Sales & Telecalling Executive to handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, sales coordination, and telecalling activities for our HVAC & AC business.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Explain company services and products to customers
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
  • Coordinate with service and sales teams
  • Maintain customer records and daily call reports
  • Resolve basic customer queries professionally
  • Schedule appointments and service visits
  • Support business growth through customer engagement
  • Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
  • Polite and customer-friendly attitude
  • Prior telecalling or sales experience required
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions
