Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces suited to their preferences and occasions.
- Product Knowledge: Explain features of jewellery items including metals, gemstones, craftsmanship, and pricing.
- Sales Transactions: Process purchases, manage billing, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure jewellery displays are attractive, clean, and well-organized.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Relationship Building: Encourage repeat business by maintaining strong customer relationships.
