Job Title: Sales Manager – Personal Loans

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead the Personal Loan sales function in Noida. The role involves managing a team of sales executives, driving lead conversion, ensuring loan disbursements, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in unsecured loan sales, and the ability to build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Personal Loan Sales Executives.
- Set clear sales targets and monitor team performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team productivity and product knowledge.
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive lead generation through multiple channels including digital, field sourcing, and partnerships.
- Ensure high conversion rates from leads to disbursement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor sales funnel, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
Customer Handling & Process Management:
- Ensure seamless customer experience from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Guide team in explaining loan features, eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms.
- Oversee customer onboarding, KYC, and documentation processes.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Collections teams for faster approvals and disbursement.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track daily MIS, sales reports, and team productivity metrics.
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Key Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-driven with a strong sales orientation.
- Good understanding of personal loan products and unsecured lending.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales dashboards.
- Experience & Qualification:Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in personal loans / unsecured lending.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Experience in NBFC, fintech, or banking sector preferred.
