Sales Promoter

We are looking for energetic and confident Sales Promoters who can represent our products at malls and promotional setups using a display/promotional table. If you love talking to people, enjoy product demonstrations, and want to earn more based on performance — this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell fragrance products at mall shop, events, and promotional tables.
• Stand and interact actively with customers throughout the shift.
• Demonstrate perfumes, assist customers in testing scents, and explain product benefits.
• Distribute pamphlets and attract footfall to the table.
• Maintain a clean, appealing display and ensure proper showcasing of products.
• Build a friendly rapport with customers and answer queries confidently.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets to maximize commissions.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Strong communication and people-handling skills.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with the ability to connect quickly.
• Quick learner — especially with product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Comfortable standing for long hours at mall or outdoor setups.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible with inventory.
• Prior sales/promoter experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Training & Growth

• Complete training provided on products, selling technique, and customer handling.
• Performance-based commission structure — more sales = more earnings.
• Part-time role, with the option to convert to full-time based on performance.

Compensation
