Shift Timing: Night Shift - 8:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Experience: ( Freshers with good communication or 6 Month )

Salary: Upto 30k per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic and confident Sales Executives for our International Voice Process. The role involves interacting with Canadian clients and promoting tax-related financial services through outbound and inbound calls.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a target-driven sales mindset. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls with Canadian clients professionally.
• Promote and sell tax-related financial services over calls.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales status.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to improve sales conversions.
• Ensure high-quality customer interaction and professional communication standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills preferred.
• Comfortable working in permanent night shifts.
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
