Job Description
Job TitleTeam Leader – Loan Sales
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader – Loan Sales to manage and guide a sales team in promoting loan products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, or LAP (Loan Against Property). The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, team management, customer acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and financial partners.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and customer networks.
- Assist team members in closing loan applications.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for loan processing.
- Build relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Conduct training sessions for sales executives.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and sales reports.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursement.
- Resolve customer queries and escalations professionally.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and leadership skills
