Sales Trainee-Real Estate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

•             Assist senior sales executives with client follow-ups and property presentations

•             Attend property site visits and open houses

•             Support lead generation activities (calls, walk-ins, referrals, digital leads)

•             Maintain basic CRM records and client data

•             Participate in sales training sessions and performance reviews

•             Generate and manage leads

•             Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

•             Conduct property tours and presentations for clients

•             Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals

•             Coordinate with operations teams for documentation

•             Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure post-sale satisfaction

•             Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications

•             Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred but not mandatory)

•             Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•             Sales-oriented mindset with willingness to learn

•             Ability to work in the field and meet clients regularly

•             Basic computer knowledge
