Job Description
Bharat Thinner is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to expand our market presence and drive sales growth across the paints, hardware, automotive refinishing, and industrial sectors. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with dealers and distributors, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new dealers, distributors, and industrial customers.
- Promote and sell Bharat Thinner products in assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with the operations team for timely order execution and deliveries.
- Collect payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
