Job Title: Sampling Master / Sample Masterji – Women’s Fashion & Resort Wear
Location: sector 63 noida
Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Sampling Master (Sample Masterji) for a women’s fashion/resort wear clothing brand. The candidate should have strong knowledge of garment construction, cutting understanding, fitting, and sample development as per design references.
- ResponsibilitiesDevelop garment samples as per design sketches, reference images, or instructions
- Understand patterns, measurements, fitting, and garment finishing
- Coordinate with designers and tailors to execute samples accurately
- Ensure high-quality stitching and finishing in all samples
- Suggest improvements in fitting, fall, and garment construction
- Handle fabrics carefully and understand different fabric behaviors
- Create first samples/prototypes before production
- Maintain timelines and complete sampling work efficiently
- RequirementsPrior experience as a Sampling Master in women’s wear/fashion garments
- Good understanding of western wear, resort wear, dresses, co-ord sets, etc.
- Knowledge of garment fitting and pattern understanding
- Ability to execute designs neatly and professionally
- Experienced in handling different types of fabrics
- Attention to detail and finishing quality
- PreferredExperience working with fashion brands/export houses/boutiques
- Understanding of trendy silhouettes and modern garment finishing
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
