SAP Technology Services Lead

EXPERIENCE: 14+ Years

Job Purpose:

As the SAP Technology Services Lead, you will be responsible for driving transformation projects leveraging SAP and other digital technologies for major clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Automotive, and Life Sciences sectors. Your focus will be on Digital Transformation and Enterprise Data Management programs that empower clients to grow their businesses by effectively integrating data management, analytics, and business processes into their organizations.

 

Client Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with major clients to develop and implement Enterprise Advanced Data and Analytics Strategies, including master data management, governance, and quality processes.
• Interface with onsite coordinators and customer representatives to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
• Drive organizational change management efforts, enhancing internal customer satisfaction and reducing operational costs.

 

People Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.
• Provide training and mentorship to project resources, fostering the development of new organizational capabilities and processes.
• Participate in organization-wide initiatives to enhance talent development and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Job Description:

• Extensive experience in leading IT transformation and strategic projects, particularly in the CPG, Automotive, Retail, and Life Sciences industries.
• Proven track record of transforming IT organizations by developing new capabilities and processes that enhance service delivery.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Business Transformation, and IT Strategy, with a focus on delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
• Experience in global leadership and program management, including outsourcing, global implementations, and solution deployment management.
• Innovation-focused executive with a strategic mindset, offering value-driven consulting expertise and global project delivery experience.
• Functional expertise in Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Digital Front Office solutions.
• Ability to foster co-innovation and develop partner ecosystems to drive collaborative success.
