Job Description
Position: Back Office Manager/ Executive Assistant
Experience: 3-5 years minimum
Location: Noida Sec 27 and Noida Sec 2
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs.
Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and timely deliverables.
Track tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure seamless execution.
Assist in decision-making by gathering and analyzing information.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Back office admin or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure with professionalism.
