Job Responsibilities
✅ Handle and supervise security guards at site
✅ Maintain attendance & duty roster
✅ Conduct regular site rounds & inspections
✅ Ensure proper uniform & discipline of guards
✅ Visitor entry & gate management
✅ Maintain daily reports & incident records
✅ Coordinate with clients & operation manager
✅ Handle emergency situations professionally
✅ Monitor CCTV & security activities
✅ Ensure smooth shift handover
Candidate Requirements
✔ Minimum 12th Pass
✔ 2–5 Years Experience in Security Field
✔ Ex-Army / Ex-Servicemen Preferred
✔ Leadership & Communication Skills
✔ Physically Fit & Disciplined
✔ Basic Knowledge of Report Writing
