Senior Account Executive

Reports To:Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and responsible Senior Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, and compliance activities. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial records accurately and efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage daily accounting entries and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and payment documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding accounts matters.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and reports.
• Ensure timely closing of accounts and reporting activities.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP, SAP, or other accounting software.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
