We

are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can lead and

execute paid marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta

Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should

have strong analytical skills, client handling experience, and the

ability to manage a team while driving measurable ROI for multiple

brands 

Key Responsibilities:● Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance channels.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve KPIs such as leads, conversions, appinstalls, and sales.

● Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.

● Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

● Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landingpage optimizations.

● Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

● Build, train, and supervise the performance marketing team.

● Handle client communication, presentations, and reporting for assigned accounts.

● Suggest new opportunities for growth and digital innovation

Key Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● 3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing (agency experiencepreferred).

● Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedInAds.

● Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, andSEMrush/Ahrefs.

● Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, remarketing, and attribution models.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing skills.

● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take strategic decisions
