About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Non-IT Team Lead to manage and drive recruitment delivery for bulk and lateral hiring mandates across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have strong team handling experience, client coordination skills, and the ability to drive closures within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters for Non-IT hiring mandates
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and niche requirements
• Allocate requirements and monitor daily recruiter productivity
• Ensure achievement of submission, interview, offer, and joining targets
• Coordinate with clients for feedback, closures, and hiring updates
• Maintain strong pipeline management and delivery tracking
• Conduct daily review meetings and ensure process adherence
• Drive team motivation, performance management, and mentoring
• Handle stakeholder management and escalation resolution
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reporting dashboards
