Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the collections team for payday loan recovery
Monitor daily collection performance and target achievement
Handle escalated customer cases and payment resolutions
Develop collection strategies to reduce overdue accounts
Prepare daily MIS and collection reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery processes
Train and motivate team members to improve productivity
Requirements:
Experience in payday loan or NBFC collections
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Good communication and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of collection tools and reporting
Immediate joiner preferred
