Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B sales Business Development manager and to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other potential partners in the region. You will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, and developing customized travel solutions that meet the clients' needs.Also conveince customers for avaliing the paid serives of us.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients including travel agencies, corporate clients, and other partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through follow-ups call, online meeting and offline meetings if required.
  • Present and promote the company’s travel products and services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales objectives.
  • Market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build the company's brand presence.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of travel products and services (e.g., Lead sales, travel packages, Travel Software , website sales, 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
