Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Interior Designer who can independently handle interior design projects from concept to final execution. The candidate should have strong knowledge of design, drawings, materials, site execution, vendor coordination, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle individual interior design projects from start to completion.

- Understand client requirements and develop design concepts accordingly.

- Prepare and review 2D layouts, detailed drawings, working drawings, and 3D designs.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

- Conduct regular site visits and ensure work is executed as per approved designs and specifications.

- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and material requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely execution.

- Resolve design and site-related issues independently.

- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and estimates when required.

- Ensure proper selection and implementation of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements.

- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.

- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.

- Manage multiple projects when required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.

- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.

- Good understanding of construction and interior execution.

- Strong client handling and communication skills.

- Knowledge of materials, furniture, finishes, electrical, plumbing, and false ceiling works.

- Ability to independently manage projects and take ownership of deliverables.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Good coordination and team management abilities.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in interior design and project execution.

- Candidates with proven experience in independently handling complete individual projects will be preferred.

- Experience in residential, commercial, office, or hospitality interiors is an advantage.

The ideal candidate should be a self-driven Senior Interior Designer who can independently manage a project, communicate effectively with clients, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure successful project execution from design concept to final handover.
