Architect & Interior Designer

Location: Daryaganj, New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Daily Basis

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect & Interior Designer with expertise in residential architecture and interior design. The ideal candidate should have strong design, planning, site execution, and project coordination skills, along with the ability to deliver high-quality projects within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements.
• Develop space planning, layouts, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and design presentations.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Plan and supervise civil and interior finishing works, including:
• Flooring (Tiles, Granite & Marble)
• Wall finishes
• False Ceiling (POP/Gypsum)
• Painting & Polishing
• Lighting
• Plumbing
• Modular Kitchen
• Interior Renovation Works
• Select suitable materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and fittings within the approved budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, workmanship, and project progress.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), specifications, and material estimates.
• Coordinate with management for design approvals and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Travel to project locations whenever required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Architecture and Residential Interior Designing.
• Experience in handling complete residential interior and renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, interior materials, and finishing works.
• Experience in client discussions, design presentations, and project coordination.
• Ability to independently prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
