Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – PM and Scrum Master 

Lead cross-functional Agile delivery for 1–2 product squads across Marketing & Sampling, Pharmacy Solutions, and 3PL. 

Own end-to-end project execution: scope, planning, sprint ceremonies, stakeholder communication, risk/issues, and release management. 

Act as Scrum Master: remove impediments, coach on Agile practices, drive continuous improvement and flow efficiency. 

Align product roadmap with business outcomes, OKRs, and regulatory constraints. 

Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, InfoSec, Compliance, and Customer Success for timely, quality releases. 

Leverage metrics (velocity, cycle time, escaped defects, predictability) to improve throughput and reliability. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives); maintain backlog hygiene with Product Owner. 

  • Create and manage project plans, RAID logs, and delivery forecasts; ensure transparency with exec-level reporting. 

  • Govern scope, budget, and timeline, ensuring change control is followed. 

  • Enforce SDLC quality gates (definition of ready/done, code review, test coverage, release readiness). 

  • Coordinate UAT, release readiness, and post-release validation (including rollback plans). 

  • Manage dependencies across teams (e.g., platform, data, integrations). 

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA/PHI, GxP where applicable) and data privacy standards. 

  • Partner with InfoSec to embed secure-by-design practices (threat modeling, security testing). 

  • Drive risk management for integrations (e.g., EHR, eRx, PBMs, wholesalers, carriers, 3PL WMS/TMS). 

  • Support audit readiness, documentation, and traceability for regulated releases. 

  • Stay current with AI & Generative AI solutions. 

 

 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications / Skills 

  • IT project management experience as Scrum Master in product teams. 

  • Proven delivery in at least one area: healthcare marketing & sampling, pharmacy solutions, or 3PL/Warehouse/Logistics. 

  • Strong Agile/Scrum expertise; hands-on with Jira/Azure Boards, roadmapping, dashboards, and metrics. 

  • Solid grasp of API-driven integrations, data flows, and test strategies across distributed systems. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills. 

  • Experience managing UAT, release coordination, and post-go-live support. 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

  • Certifications: CSM/PSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe SSM/POPM. 

  • Healthcare domain exposure: HIPAA/PHI, HITECH, DSCSA/serialization (for supply chain), eRx/NCPDP, FHIR/HL7. 

  • Experience with GxP/CSV (Computer System Validation) and audit trails for regulated environments. 

  • Familiarity with DevOps (CI/CD, feature flags, trunk-based dev) and SRE concepts (SLIs/SLOs). 

  • Data & analytics literacy (events, dashboards, cohort analysis) to drive outcome-focused delivery.
