Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, managing sales leads, conducting site visits, and ensuring smooth closure of deals. You will actively contribute to achieving sales targets, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

 Achieve monthly sales targets including client meetings, site visits, and deal closures.

 Build and maintain strong client relationshipsthrough regular follow-ups.

 Identify potential customers and present company projects effectively.

 Conduct outbound calls and meetingsto promote offerings and schedule site visits.

 Provide personalized assistance and resolve client queriesregarding property options.

 Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM.

 Participate inmarketing events, field activities, and training sessions as required.

 Generate regular reports on sales performance and client engagement.

 Uphold a professional and positive attitude during all client interactions.


Key Requirements:

 At least 6 monthsto 3 years of experience in real estate.

 Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.

 Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks independently.

 Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.

 Proven communication and interpersonal skills.

 Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
