Senior Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify new business and Sales opportunities in the UAE real estate market.

• Support sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Work with the Sales team to generate and convert leads

• Make outbound and inbound cold calls and generate leads to potential and new customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Negotiate with clients and close sales deals

• Maintain and update customer data and sales records

• Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports

• Share ideas to improve sales performance and processes.

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills, able to strive hard to achieve targets and close deals.

• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales

• Confident and professional phone etiquette
