Senior Sales Executive — Premium Real Estate

We are Gain Acre Realyon LLP, a Noida-based real estate firm operating in Sector 150 — one of NCR's fastest growing premium residential corridors with 10+ project launches this year. We are looking for one exceptional individual who combines strong communication skills with the patience and composure to handle high-value clients.

This is not a standard sales role. You will be directly responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into site visits and closures for properties starting at ₹1.5 crore. Quality over quantity. Relationship over pressure.

What You Will Do: Handle warm leads generated through digital marketing and dealer network. Conduct consultative conversations with serious buyers — understand their requirements, build trust, and guide them toward site visits. Attend site visits and support closure process. Maintain detailed follow-up discipline through CRM. Represent Gain Acre Realyon with professionalism and calm authority at all times.

What We Are Looking For: Exceptional spoken communication in Hindi and basic English. Calm, composed and patient personality — essential and non-negotiable. Minimum 2 years experience in sales, financial services, insurance or real estate. Ability to handle premium clients without pressure tactics. Strong follow-up discipline. Comfortable working from Sector 150 Noida daily.
