Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Senior Sales Executive for our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting property site visits, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and follow up with leads through calls, references, and other sources
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Conduct property presentations and site visits
• Convert inquiries into sales opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sales support
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records
