Senior Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in field instruments / industrial instrumentation sales to Government agencies and Government contractors (EPC / system integrators)/ Led light and light product experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales for field instruments with Government departments, PSUs, and Government-approved contractors.

Handle tendering activities, bid preparation, technical–commercial coordination, and negotiations.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Identify upcoming projects, track tenders, and ensure timely submissions.

Achieve annual sales targets and expand market presence.

Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for project execution.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales of field instruments / industrial automation / process instrumentation.

Proven experience dealing with Government tenders and contractors.

Good understanding of procurement processes, GeM portal, and tender documentation (preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and project support.

Engineering degree/diploma preferred.
